After some research, I narrowed down the choices, Lincoln Nautilus vs Lexus RX350. Prior to the trip, I was able to visit my local Lincoln dealer, but had a less than stellar experience. After test driving the Lexus I was still interested in looking at the Lincoln. With a quick google search I found the car I wanted on Malouf's website (color, configuration, etc..) At this time I was already gone on my trip, so I asked my wife to check things out. Joe and the team took excellent care of my wife, explained everything, and gave her the car for a test drive. Encouraged by my wife's positive feedback, I reached out to Joe to get more details. Joe responded quickly to my emails, answered my questions, and negotiated a fair lease. By the time I came back, the car was ready for me to test drive and finalize the paperwork. Sam walked me through the paperwork, explained everything in detail and answered my questions honestly. I especially appreciated his candor when it came to some of the "add on" options. Helped me make an informed decision.
