I just purchased my third used car from Malouf Malouf is not only conveniently located for me, but I have confidence in their service department. Next purchase was a Ford Focus. I am back to another Escape; and so far, I'm pretty happy with it though I'm not getting the gas mileage of the Focus (to be expected). Still need to get the remote starter to work via FordPass app, but Ron said he would help me in that regard. I'm good. More
