Wonderful experience! On Sunday I specked out a 2016 Lincoln MKX with 38,000 miles. It has ever bell and whistle you could ask for, beautiful black inside and out with a pa On Sunday I specked out a 2016 Lincoln MKX with 38,000 miles. It has ever bell and whistle you could ask for, beautiful black inside and out with a panavista roof and a fabulous console that includes press buttons to Drive, Park, etc. and of course no ignition keys, pushbutton start! Absolutely loved the car. Came back on Monday and spoke to Andy Malouf and Robert Devito...they treated me like royalty, couldn't do enough for me. I wasn't initially happy with the trade on my Taurus ltd however Bob thought about it for all of 2 minutes and gave me a deal I just could not refuse. Three hours later I was driving home in my new Lincoln! I would highly recommend Malouf for their non-pushy style and fairness. This is my second vehicle I've purchased here and I'll continue to come back! More
