They are highly professional and were able to find a new car for me quickly as well as gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the new 2018 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring and she did a wonderful job explaining the features that the car was equipped with. Mark was able to accommodate an earlier delivery time despite their busy schedule that day. This was my second new car buying experience at this dealership and won't be my last. More

I will never do business with them again. It's one thing when they can't do for you what is being asked but when they begin lying that's when I have an issue. We wanted to turn in our lease ea It's one thing when they can't do for you what is being asked but when they begin lying that's when I have an issue. We wanted to turn in our lease early and we went to them to find out if it could be done without any penalties or negative equity. After failing to return calls making us have to call back in on 2 different days they completely dragged their feet as well as lied to me. It should be pointed out that this is an in demand vehicle with extremely low mileage. After looking it over and test driving it they said they wanted to also talk to a wholesaler and would call us the next morning. No call the next morning so I called them and was told I'd be called back in a few minutes. Quite a while went by before they finally called and said there was no interest due to the carfax report which showed 2 accidents. When I inquired about the fact that these were very minor and didn't even result in any damage even as much paint scratches that's when the lying began. After trying to backpedal away from the carfax report she then said the person who test drove it mentioned a problem in the rear of the car. I said that was interesting since when it was hit it didn't even scratch the plastic bumper. Then she asked or inferred "you never feel that" as though we were trying to hide some kind of damage. I suggested the person who test drove the car was "full of it". The most interesting thing about this is the car was leased from their dealership and is still under warranty. If they truly cared about the customer I imagine we would have been told of this problem as soon as the person got out of the car so that we could have it repaired and not mentioned a day later and by a person who didn't actually drive it unless of course this was fictitious and only being mentioned as a way to de-value the car. This is one of those sales person horror stories you hear about and because of it I will never deal with them again. ***update*** After posting this review and others I did receive a call from the used car manager and one of the owners the following day. I appreciate the apology and owning up to the issue. I will say if I go back I would likely only deal with them if I know that ownership is directly involved in my transaction. More

Some mechanics here don't give no F... about your car. I came here for an oil change for my 2016 Mazda 6 that I bought it here, like usual. This time, I noticed the quality of work being done here has gone I came here for an oil change for my 2016 Mazda 6 that I bought it here, like usual. This time, I noticed the quality of work being done here has gone down. I have 5 complaints: 1. I came in with a 79.95 oil change special coupon and I signed a paper that clearly says (total 79.95). When it comes to charging me, it became 89.95 so I asked them why. They say that's tax and shop charges. So whatever, I paid it. 2. Then I went home, notice obvious oil on my hood and around the filler cap that has not been wiped down. How careless is that?!? So I wiped it down, whatever. 3. Then, I was reading the details of the inspection report. They said my automatic transmission fluid is good, when my car is clearly a manual. WTH? 4. Also, it says my air filter needs to be changed soon. In reality, I put a new one in myself about 2 weeks ago. Although these are small things and the staff here are very friendly, at this price point, it is not acceptable to be so careless!! It appears that they just don't care about you or your car. If nothing is done about the service quality, I do NOT recommend anyone doing service here. More
