Susie did very well within the parameters she could control in trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, Mandal/GM aren’t willing to spend the money to fix a known transmission defect. We played this g control in trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, Mandal/GM aren’t willing to spend the money to fix a known transmission defect. We played this game for 4-5 visits of “maybe it’s this or that.” Then they finally just said there is no issue. I drive this vehicle daily and still experience the well documented (nationally) transmission “shudder.” More

Appreciate the quick response and turnaround (next day).
