Bought truck almost 4 months ago was told camper would fit but did not-messed my bed up. Blake -the salesperson told me that the survey was part of his pay (he should have not told a customer this!!) sin fit but did not-messed my bed up. Blake -the salesperson told me that the survey was part of his pay (he should have not told a customer this!!) since this he has ghosted me and so has the service manager and the sales manager, No RESPONSE!! Service tech was belligerent when I picked up truck from oil change. I will not get truck serviced here nor buy another vehicle from Mandal! I called Friday to get my truck in on Saturday since I travel with job and would be gone again on Monday-same thing felt like guy was very sarcastic in saying he was booked & felt like he liked telling me this? Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! More

Terrible experience at this dealership purchasing a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. my salesman lied to me concerning molding on the wheel well. It came from the back with black molding and was supposed to com GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. my salesman lied to me concerning molding on the wheel well. It came from the back with black molding and was supposed to come with painted molding. He told me that the truck had the most discounts on it because of the black molding and it cost $3000.00. Turns out the painted ones have to be put on by the dealership. I didn’t receive a printed owners manual. I called the salesman, he told me that they were digital now, I didn’t believe him because he proved that he will lie. Truck also missing bed cargo or bed cover bar. Made it to the dealership at around 10:30 am didn’t leave until 4:00 pm. I guess the truck had to be processed by the dealership and it takes several hours to process however my salesman told me it just has to be detailed cleaned and not explain process. Bad experience was only with my salesman the dealership overall appears to be solid. Everyone else was on point as far as I could tell. Cudos to the finance manager who explained the process to me after seeing that I was still there hours after we had closed the deal. More
