Because someone required an emergency repair, schedules got pushed back. I understand that unplanned events can happen. Jamie, kept me in the loop and kept me updated on the status of things. In spite of being swamped with requests from impatient customers, Jamie kept his cool and treated everyone in a friendly and professional manner. Even though I wish my service hadn’t taken as long as it did, I believe Jamie handled the situation in the best possible manner.
