Inconsistent…. called to bring my truck in no ticket was wrote up as for the problem. They called me the next morning asking why my truck was there I told them again. They called back later that day and ask again about the issue…. Not happy with shop management! The problem was corrected with the vehicle but too much back and forth with shop managers. They don’t seem to care for OnStar which is why I brought the vehicle to the shop in the first place. when I told them twice what OnStar said they just acted like it was no big deal. GMC programmed OnStar for the customers protection I think your team management should take it more seriously. More
Mandal would be great if they could stick to their appointment times. My appointment was 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45, they didn’t even touch my car until 9:15. They even pulled 2 vehicles around my c appointment times. My appointment was 8:00 am, I got there at 7:45, they didn’t even touch my car until 9:15. They even pulled 2 vehicles around my car and they both got oil changes. I got out of there somewhere around 10:15. The work they do is great but, Mandals wait is beyond Bad. No appointment I understand, Appointment set for 8am, better be there. This time Mandal wasn’t!! More

It is used, which I have brought used many times before and never had problems with a vehicle as I have with this one. It started running hot a week after purchase date. I’ve already had to have the thermostat changed and now it is in the shop because when the AC is on it still runs hot. Mandal said they had this vehicle 58 days. I feel that this problem should’ve been fixed. It shows poor maintenance on Mandal. Even though Mandal has great people working for them. I have had enough frustration from this purchase with Mandal that I won’t be using them again. I understand that used vehicles have problems, but this quick after purchasing is very disappointing.
