I bought a 2016 Ram as a company vehicle that needed to be ran though the service department, we are currently on day 2 of no information as to what needs to be repaired or if parts are ordered or an expec be ran though the service department, we are currently on day 2 of no information as to what needs to be repaired or if parts are ordered or an expected day that I can have the vehicle I’ve already signed for and wrote a check in the amount of $8,000.00 for. I am extremely disappointed and aggravated and to be honest am considering contacting my attorney about the options of backing out of the sale as the truck is apparently a lemon if it has so many problems that no one can even contact me and tell me what is wrong and when it will be resolved.
