Overall, the experience was ok. A couple of issues, 1st the price on the internet said it included all dealer fees which the dealer said was not correct, and a paint protection pro A couple of issues, 1st the price on the internet said it included all dealer fees which the dealer said was not correct, and a paint protection program was added which I did not want but ended up having to pay half the price for it. 2nd I was told that OnStar and Wi-Fi were free for 3 years, but OnStar says that is not true only good for 1 month. Kira was good at explaining some of the features of the car but not all of them. She was very polite but seemed like she was rushed. The service was not as good as other Buick dealers I have delt with in the past. I drove about 400 miles roundtrip to buy the car but would not do it again, I would have a local dealer find the car I want and have it brought to my location. I'm not trying to say bad things about the dealership, just stating my opinion and how I feel about the experience. Some people have had excellent service and some have not. Maybe yours will be excellent. More

Mr. Jim and Mr. Lee were very amazing to work with. The transitions were very smooth from the time we got there until I was handed my keys.
