I was so happy to have found a Toyota Tundra much like what I wanted and the truck itself is in good shape and the price was fair, I think. Even though the salesman Aiden assured me that Tony would call me, he never did. Aiden never called me back either. I felt pushed aside like I didn't matter any more because I paid with a cashiers check so they had what they wanted and they just blew me off. I doubt I would ever go back to Mandel, that was the worst experience I have had with a new car dealer. More

My pregnant daughter got her oil changed yesterday and today she called me because her engine was smoking really bad. Immediately told her to stop and pop hood. Found out they didn’t put the cap on and no today she called me because her engine was smoking really bad. Immediately told her to stop and pop hood. Found out they didn’t put the cap on and now her entire engine bay is covered in oil and no oil is in the engine now. She is stranded and now it has to be towed. I’m livid.
