This is our second time purchasing from Mandal Buick GMC and frankly we wouldn't go anywhere else! Our salesman Jim Crampton was just wonderful to work with. He made the buying process easy, he answered all and frankly we wouldn't go anywhere else! Our salesman Jim Crampton was just wonderful to work with. He made the buying process easy, he answered all our hard questions, and gave use a hands on tutorial of all the things we needed to know about our new truck. Told us if we ran into anything we had questions about even if it was weeks or months from now to just reach out or stop by and he would walk us through whatever it was. It is wonderful to be treated so well by all the staff, from the sales floor, into finance with Tony and then meeting the boss and him personally thanking us for coming back for a second time. If you want hassle free buying with a truly honest bunch of people this should be your one and only stop!! More

Service of the vehicle was good. Vehicle was returned back to me with a check engine light on, had to return the next day to find out the radiator hose was needing to be replaced. De Vehicle was returned back to me with a check engine light on, had to return the next day to find out the radiator hose was needing to be replaced. Dealership gave us a loaner in the meantime. More
