Communication is very poor between the check in process and check out process. I was told my car was ready for pick up but it wasn’t in line so I was told it must be in wash as I had requested it be washed and check out process. After 20 mins I asked the girl outside and she said must still be in wash. At my second inquiry she found my car on the lot and told me it was washed and ready. NOT WASHED. I had a jeep previously and the service there was outstanding but Mandal Buick needs to work on communication and customer service More
