I went into detail about what I needed looked at but they didn’t have time to address my concerns. Jamie advised me that he did not have time to look into my concerns during the appointment, so the only serv didn’t have time to address my concerns. It was there from 1:00 to 4:09 but no one called me. I just happened to check my email that I had an invoice. I was also told that the issue I am experiencing may be related to my transmission. Jamie explained that he would not have someone available to properly diagnose/fix it for several weeks and that I would have to leave the vehicle at the dealership. When I asked about a loaner vehicle, I was told that I was eighth on the list. Jamie said he would give me a call to discuss the situation and work something out, but I never received a follow-up call. I also want to express my concern regarding the condition of my tires. This is the second time I have brought my vehicle in for an inspection and service appointment where my tires were not brought to my attention. The first time, my tires were extremely worn, and I ultimately had them replaced at Firestone. This time, I have a nail in one of my tires, and again, no one mentioned it to me during my service visit. Additionally, the technicians kept my lug nut key, I’ve tried calling the service manager David but he won’t return my calls or emails. More
