Horrible HORRIBLE Customer service from sales to service department. My wife brought her vehicle to get a touch up paint and they gave her the day which was wrong day for the painter to be there left it for department. Alicia was "ABSOLUTELY AMAZING". While I was on the phone with another dealership for 20 minutes, she was patient with me an took my wife by the hand to see what she was looking for While I was on the phone with another dealership for 20 minutes, she was patient with me an took my wife by the hand to see what she was looking for in regards to the truck and accessories she would like in it. Alicia showed her probably the only truck that was available on the lot and my wife fell in love with it immediately. We traded in our 2016 Silverado that we purchased from Mandal and got a very fair price on our trading and bought a truck that was within my budget with more options that I thought possible for that price. Additionally, Tony offered me a 10 year warranty on the vehicle for what I believe is a more than reasonable price. At 70 years old this may be the last vehicle I ever buy and there is great comfort in knowing that my repairs in the future will be at minimum out of pocket expense. My "Hats Are Off" to the Mandal team and definitely want to express my personal gratitude to what I would view, as a professional that delivers exceptional service to my customers, a "Big Atta Girl" to Alicia Mattina. She was charming, patient and extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle we purchased.
