While I made an appointment they still waited about 15+ minutes to get my car in the bay. Upon traveling home an alert light went off stating that I need to "Service the Tire Monitoring System". Why? The service is always great when I go to Mandal! My only disappointment was that I had pre made the appt with Susie to get an oil change for 5pm. When I arrived and went to check in, the person who My only disappointment was that I had pre made the appt with Susie to get an oil change for 5pm. When I arrived and went to check in, the person who was outside told me that they do not do appts after 5 and was going to send me away. I explained that I had a scheduled appt. They said, well I guess if someone told you it was ok, then we’ll do it. This did not make me feel welcome. Everything else though has been wonderful! More
