Mandal Pontiac Buick - Service Center

I’m usually satisfied with Buick service center but not this visit. The lady at the first service desk was taking a personal call on your cell phone. She never even acknowledged our presence and continued this visit. The lady at the first service desk was taking a personal call on your cell phone. She never even acknowledged our presence and continued on her personal call. I had to wait about 5-10 mins to wait on one of the other 3 or 4 gentlemen at the other desks to get off the phones. Finally one of them helped me and told me to go inside to pay where they had my sheet. We went in but she didn’t have it so had to go back out to get it. The guy brought it in to her (cashier) but the cashier said she couldn’t take off my coupon so again had to go back out to the service desks where still the lady at the first desk continued on her personal call and ignored us so had to wait another 5 mins for the other guy to get off his (work) call. I left very frustrated. Not only did I have to go back and forth between the service desk and cashier but had to wait a long time to get someone to acknowledge my presence and help me. I was there a long time trying to pay but that whole entire time the lady at the first desk was on a personal call that whole time. More

Outstanding service team. Same with the girl who takes payment- whom wouldn’t put her phone down long enough to even tell me my balance or make eye contact, then got an attitude as if I was a bother to her. None of my service reminders were reset, I had to go back in to make sure the service I paid hundreds of dollars for was even done. Pretty sure I’ll find somewhere else to appreciate and value my business and service my vehicle. More
