Service technicians are friendly and offer assistance over the phone and in person. Wait time is accurate when vehicle is serviced, and the technician sometimes finishes a few minutes sooner. Why set up an appointment when you return, over an hour later, and have to get back in line and wait, another hour for my vehicle to be ready. Not 100% reliable of the work stated to be done on more than one occassion. Mr. Jamie is awesome but he is babysitting too many slacking on their duties.
