I got there and a man I think James was helping me. He never came to tell me anything that was going on with my car. I waited for 2 hours and then went to talk to him and had to ask what was going on. He never came to tell me anything that was going on with my car. I waited for 2 hours and then went to talk to him and had to ask what was going on. He said it was going to be a 5 hour process. Never told me they didn’t even start working on my car. Luckily a blonde hair woman heard me talking to him and came to let me know what was actually going on with my car. She even let me know my warranty covers it. The man didn’t let me know anything at all. She got me a loaner car so I didn’t have to continue to sit there all day. More
