I started my car search at Manhattan Beach Toyota with Jonathan Sipin. Once the car I wanted was identified, I reached out to Santa Monica, Gardena and Glendale Toyotas to see if they could better the of Jonathan Sipin. Once the car I wanted was identified, I reached out to Santa Monica, Gardena and Glendale Toyotas to see if they could better the offer from Manhattan Beach Toyota. From two of the dealerships, I received no follow up and the third dealership promised the same car at a better price but failed to produce the car. Jonathan was a person of his word and he was always upfront and honest. I should have saved myself the additional time and not reached out to the other dealers, but had I done that, I wouldn’t have appreciated the service of Manhattan Beach Toyota and Jonathan Sipin! More

Gustavo in Sales - professional - caring - efficient - polite. He was quite gracious when we explained that our previous experiences at MB Toyota were disappointing. Indeed we did not intend on buying Sunday - we did because of the hospitality that Gustavo showed and the good deal on the car. Caesar - head of used car sales - we met Monday regarding a blinking light of the panel - he was transparent and quick. Immediately checked tire pressure and set an appt have light fixed. I’m.happy to write that I can once again recommend our neighbors at MB Toyota to friends. PS: Only downside - it still takes way too long to make purchase. I appreciate large screen for ease… still need to expedite the wait (at tesla its super quick (& no one wants to buy there) ….please work on it and thank you. More

Only dealer in the Los Angeles area that was willing to negotiate on the price of a RAV4 Hybrid. This was a gift to our son and daughter in law who live in the LA area and we live in another state so it w negotiate on the price of a RAV4 Hybrid. This was a gift to our son and daughter in law who live in the LA area and we live in another state so it was all done via email and phone calls. Every other dealer I checked with all over the state (probably 20) wanted additional dealer mark up of $2000 to $5000. They offered us a price below MSRP for a 2023 RAV4 and took our son old wreck of a car too so he didn't have to deal with selling it. Dealt with Conrad Solkalski at first and Adrian Flores to finish things up as Conrad was off for the week-end when our son planned to do the paperwork. Adrian called before our son was going to go down and start on the paperwork and said they just got a 2024 model in that was exactly the same as the 2023 and was willing to offer the same deal on the 2024 which was nice so we went with the 2024. Son was able to drive it off the lot on Sunday. Wired them the funds on Monday morning to finish things up. Overall a good experience, not perfect but not too bad. More
