They did a great job getting my car in on a timely basis and while I had some sticker shock on the cost, it was an engine repair and when they explained where the part was and explained it all to my husband and while I had some sticker shock on the cost, it was an engine repair and when they explained where the part was and explained it all to my husband who is a mechanic he said it was all reasonable and my car has been working great since. The Service Department opened their bays 5 minutes early vs. just waiting for 7 am. The tech referred to notes when I called about the maintenace that needed to be done and did not have to go over all the i vs. just waiting for 7 am.
