When I checked in with him I was given a time when the service on my vehicle would I received excellent customer service from Santiago Pizano. When I checked in with him I was given a time when the service on my vehicle would be completed. Santiago knew that I needed to be home by a certain time and he was concerned when the required time for the service was extended. He offered to arrange transportation for me which I declined as I was able adjust the time that I needed to be home. He kept me informed with the progress of the service and updated me with the estimated time for completion and was concerned about the extra time involved with the service. Once that I was home he contacted me to inquire if I was keep the scheduled appointment for having carpet installed. Manly Honda is fortunate to have him as an employee. More
