Bill Petty is your MAN Let me start by saying that ALL of the service guys at Manly Honda are good, knowledgeable, and helpful. That being said, it's also nice to go to the same service guy over the years because there's just that extra touch of having developed a connection with the same guy. My "Guy" is Bill Petty & he has been my guy with 5 Hondas. Bill is upbeat, efficient, GREAT communication, looking out for your best interests.......need I say more? Bill Petty....please don't retire before I stop driving Hondas!!! Also, Jesse Broadway (my favorite sales guy) actually drove to Les Schwab to pick up the car and bring it back to Manly Honda to hand it over to Bill Petty and the service dept. Gotta LOVE Jesse Broadway! More

Friendly but sloppy The salesman was nice but when it came to negotiating I got the usual "we can't sell it for that price, we're already not making any money on it." Th The salesman was nice but when it came to negotiating I got the usual "we can't sell it for that price, we're already not making any money on it." They think people don't know that they make 5% commission on their sales. I personally find this annoying, but unfortunately every dealership I negotiated with game me the same sad song at some point. What I really didn't like was the guy doing the paperwork made several mistakes on it. I had to come back the next day to to "fix the issues", but when I got there he wasn't there and I had to wait around for a while. The other guy who came to help, all he did was scratch out the mistakes and wrote over on the same contract. It's annoying that they charge you a fee to write you what is essentially an invoice and out of two guys, they couldn't do it correctly or clean. In any other business, this a cost of doing business. I don't know how car dealerships get away with this. My car did a small paint issue which they fixed promptly, except that, the process of getting a loaner car took way too long. More

Great sales associate and sales manager! Alex Iniguez the sales associate I worked with took the time and had the patience to work with me to meet my car buying needs. There was none of the Alex Iniguez the sales associate I worked with took the time and had the patience to work with me to meet my car buying needs. There was none of the "pushiness" usually associated with car buying. He took an interest in meeting my specific needs, which I appreciated. The sales manager Paul Matulich also went out of his way to meet my needs as well. I told him my bottom line, and he worked hard to meet it. All-in-all, it was the most positive experience in car buying that I have had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
