30K service Everything seemed to be fine with the service I received on the 2017 Accord I bought brand new from Manly, until I went to an Oil Stop 5K later for th Everything seemed to be fine with the service I received on the 2017 Accord I bought brand new from Manly, until I went to an Oil Stop 5K later for the next oil change. The Oil Stop service technician pulled out the cabin filter in front of me & it was filthy beyond belief. There was soot, ash & debris from the Tubbs fire. At Manly, I requested my cabin filter to be replaced & was told that they were doing that to all of the cars in the Santa Rosa area. I had never seen a cabin filter as dirty as the one that was in mine, which tells me that there was no way it had been replaced. Now, I can't help but wonder what other things may have been either forgotten or just not done that I paid for. I am very pleased with my car. I was pleased with the negotiations & price that I ended up with. However, I will not take my vehicle back to the dealer for service nor will I recommend the service department to my friends & family. The problem lies with the mechanic(s) who didn't complete the job. More

Need a Key We were only given one electronic key when we bought our 2015 Honda Pilot. Santiago worked with the sales department and they did not charge us for the 2nd key. Very happy! Santiago also showed us a couple of features on the car that we could not figure out.
