Working with Chris to pick out a new 2018 Accord was a pleasure. I had done my own research, but had some questions and needed to discuss various alternatives. After a discussion and a test drive with Chris, I picked a 2018 Accord CVT Touring sedan. We finalized the deal and I took delivery the following day, with no hassle, no pressure, and a sense of satisfaction that this car would meet my needs, and probably exceed my expectations. Manly Honda was one of the few dealerships that actually gave me the out the door price. Chris Foy was my point of contact. Once I decided to buy the vehicle Chris told me everything I needed to bring in and asked that I provide some information before coming in to save some time at the dealership. When I got there, Chris joined me in the test drive and thoroughly answered any questions I had. After the test drive we sat down where Chris provided additional information and his recommendations. He was very professional and kind. I never felt pressured into having to follow his recommendations. I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. It was a quick and seamless buying experience. More

Oil Change from bad to worse to great! I have given this rating because went for an oil change, had an appointment but my car didn't get worked on until 1hr later. Then they didn't have my windshield wipers in stock. But the representative said he will discount my windshields and they would fix few other things inside my car and they finished the car 30min later. Next time I came in I paid for windshield wipers only 2$ off, and they didn't do anything they said they would inside my car. But hey at least the representative was helpful and put them on right then and there. So not too bad of an experience. Maybe next time will go better. More

A Patient and Understanding Auto Purchase Experience My wife and I used our online insurance buying service and received an offer direct from Manly to visit their dealership and look at their inventory. My wife and I used our online insurance buying service and received an offer direct from Manly to visit their dealership and look at their inventory. We met with our representative who was standing near the front door upon our arrival and greeted us by name (having never met us before). We spoke briefly about what model of Honda we would like to look at. We were pleasantly surprised that Chris Foy provided no pressure sales experience, was fully aware of our online inquiry, and was ready to spend the time necessary to show us multiple Pilots that may meet our desires. We were able to take a test drive giving my wife a first ever driver experience in a Honda. We were invited to take the vehicle to show our son and family. When my wife decided that the color combo was not quite the right one for her, Chris went "on the hunt" for the exact Pilot she desired. The price was right, The color combo was found. We didn't get as much for our trade=in as we desired but the Sales Manager worked with us within reason and a deal was struck. From Sales to Finance, everything came together to our satisfaction. He got us a great interest rate. Bill was very friendly in the service department getting the Zurich package applied and getting us a loaner car during the process.
