Good salesman, terrible desk. Overall the experience was pretty poor; simply because the desk manager kept making mistakes. Justin was great and did a fantastic job, not pushy and very informative. But the customer service was terrible and we were at the dealership from 10-4! The desk manager made a mistake on the pencil twice and the finance manager almost didn't change it. It showed a huge lack of communication between departments and ended up in a negative experience for us. They kept using the excuse that they had just gotten some new 'system' but that shouldn't matter. Again Justin was fantastic and very apologetic and professional but the management and finance team need some serious improvements. More

He showed me many cars that were in my price range and when it looked like things just weren't going to work out he threw a hail Mary and was able to get me into a brand new Civic that I honestly would have never expected to be able to get. I will definitely be going back to Nathan in the future and telling friends and family to see him too. More
