Quick and easy The dealership closes at 7pm, and we came in at 6, just as I had finished work. We were greeted by Jose Guzman who showed us around the used lot (we wanted a used car) and showed us the different SUVs they had based on what we were looking for in a car and based on our budget. After showing us around and telling us about what each SUV offered, we settled on 1 and he got the application process started immediately. He walked us through the application and explained anything we didn't understand. Needless to say, we left Manly at 9pm (they stayed past closing hour to help us) with a brand new SUV. After having an accident and using an insurance rental for the past 2weeks, Jose understood we were desperate for a car and did everything he could in his power to get us the car we wanted immediately. Thanks Jose and Manly for a great experience and understanding our needs. We definitely recommend Manly and their team to any future buyers looking for a great deal and an understanding sales team. More

Excellent customer service Hansel Ford had my car on two occasions for about ten days each and couldn’t diagnose the problem that caused the 12 volt battery to randomly discharg Hansel Ford had my car on two occasions for about ten days each and couldn’t diagnose the problem that caused the 12 volt battery to randomly discharge causing a dead car. Paul C and Howard were amazing. They said they’d either diagnose and fix the car or take it back and get me in something else. We’ve had the car back about a week and so far no dead battery! We’re thrilled. Thanks so much for wonderful service. More
