Great customer service. Work by shop average Paid for lens cleaning. Wax left on car and lenses. Noticeable scratches left on both headlights. I had car scheduled to detail days later elsewhere. Informed it was not done well. Paid for key reprogramming. Upon leaving the parking lot. Original key still did not work. I paid $75 to reprogram a broken key. Very unprofessional not to ensure keys work to proficiency. Honda also quoted me quite a few 'fixes/ repairs' needed. I'm not sure why Honda is charging $77 (quoted) to replace my cabin air filter when the part cost $20 and takes 5 Minutes to replace. Since I replaced it less than 6 months ago, I am also unsure why it was recommended. This makes me wonder whether other recommendations are necessary. Will go elsewhere from now on. More

Satisfied w/ALL, EXCEPT our sales guy Honestly we are happy with our car, but our sales guy went way to fast with little to no explanation. He did our insurance n it wasn't compatible with what our lenders required, and we had no idea why because we figured he did it so he would have known the requirements but no. And I had a scheduled a detailed cleaning of our purchases vehicle with the same dum dum sales guy and when I came in the scheduled day, I wasn't even on the schedule, and had to go back n fourth two more times until it was finally detailed. And he wasn't that social with us, we were waiting on the loan to be cleared and instead of interacting with us he was just walking around checking to see if we had left yet or not. Besides the sales dummy, we were very satisfied. So we do recommend manly (hopefully u don't get the same idiot we got tho) 😉 And Paul is AWESOME BTW 😎 More

Overall, a smooth used car purchase experience Visited the dealership specifically for a used Honda Civic. The sales people were helpful, not pushy, and did not feel rushed. They appeared to have as much time as I needed for questions and looking. Of course any car purchase experience is SLOW, but they seemed to be making an effort to keep things moving. Great customer satisfaction! Manly listens to their customers. I had an issue with an accessory that I purchased when I bought my 2017 Ridgeline. This accessory was from a 3rd par Manly listens to their customers. I had an issue with an accessory that I purchased when I bought my 2017 Ridgeline. This accessory was from a 3rd party vendor and not manufactured by Honda. Manly replaced the first one but the 2nd one still had the same issue. They refunded my money and I was able to find that accessory elsewhere that met my needs. Thank you Bill Petty and the management at Manly! More
