Online sales harassment I originally contacted Manly Honda inquiring about a new car and was contacted by Cory McMurray. At first he seemed polite, and to the point but I was I originally contacted Manly Honda inquiring about a new car and was contacted by Cory McMurray. At first he seemed polite, and to the point but I was unable to get the loan amount or the price for the vehicle I wanted. As oppose to letting me shop around, he insisted on going through him and his dealership. His professionalism went out the window when he started using his ego to drive the sale. I was deployed at the time so I had ample time to shop around, amd found a better deal. This was a few months back, and I still get emails from him trying to sell me a car after several attempts to discontinue the automated emails. I suggest going to Maita Honda in citrus heights. I came there pre approved with a loan and they beat it, as well as gave me a better deal on a car. Maita honored the price agreed upon while i was deployed and even hooked it up with the leather interior version of the vehicle I wanted at no extra cost. Overall, i would be skeptical dealing with manly honda. More

If I hadn't invested so much time with Vincent & Giovanni (which were great and very patient) I would of said "maybe this isn't the car for me if you have no faith it longevity". Outstanding and Above and Beyond Service I brought my car in for the Engine Check light. Its an Accord 2000. I am always scared when I see those light indicators on and may expect a costly I brought my car in for the Engine Check light. Its an Accord 2000. Jessie Prestidge was very empathetic and understanding and re-assured me he would first see what would be issues and would be willing to work with me if it was going to be costly. It ended up being costly. I had some damaged spark plugs with the screws on the engine damaged which created some back firing as quoted. Required some hoses and belts to be replaced in the process. It costed a total of over $900 of which I didn't want to spend. The fact that he was so very re-assuring, empathetic and would assure would resolve my issue it made it easier for me to go ahead and spend that money. He even took care of some of the repair work for the damaged screw lining in the engine. He gave me a loaner car for the whole time it took to repair it. It took almost two weeks. He was very professional and very trustworthy. Two important factors I think in customer service. More

We were able to negotiate almost all aspects of the purchase over the phone, via text or via email We worked with Giovanni and had a good experience. We were able to negotiate almost all aspects of the purchase over the phone, via text or via email which was very important as I travel internationally for business and wanted to have everything ready to move forward when I was going to be in town. The only downside of the process was that we had a costo authroization for an HR-V but we ended up buying a CR-V touring which was not on the program. We were working with a Costco auto concierge assigned to us by the CEO of the company due to issues unrelated to this dealership. When I told our concierge that the vehicle selected was excluded he insisted on calling to see if he could get us a better price, which he did. So the smooth experience ended at finance. Mike was aggressively pushing the Zurich protection plan. I explained to him that I had a the plan with an Acura purchase and it had proven to be useless as it did not pay for my malfunctioning mirror or compressor. I also pointed out that the Zurich plan was more than three times the cost of a similar HondaCare plan. He persisted. He went on to push several other add one and I would quite the costs form other vendors or online. He was frustrated and we were equally frustrated. At one point he said "I am just trying to make a living, but you're the guy who calls the president of Costco when you don't get the price you want." I would have walked at that point but were so far along it would have been a waste of our time. We also I formed Mike that we had been approved by out credit union for finance and we wanted an option contract but he refused to do it. He said we should "Just refinance" if we wanted to get a better rate. This is the first time I have ever experienced a refusal to do an option contract. Overall I think sales was one of the best experience I have had with a Honda dealer. I can say this with confidence as I have purchased more than 10 new Hondas in the past 17 years. I would pur this finance experience in the bottom two worst experiences. More
