Great can do attitude Jose was awesome. The dealership is awesome. The day did not start well. I asked the initial advisor to call me prior to the service as I was dr Jose was awesome. I asked the initial advisor to call me prior to the service as I was driving ~50 miles for the service and I wanted to make sure all the parts are in stock, plus I wanted to make sure it is wise to drive up to Manly (past 2 other Honda dealerships). The advisor never called, and brushed off the non-calling as standard practice. The part was not in stock. Needless to say I was not happy. Jose to the rescue. After taking over from another advisor he quickly assessed the problem and resolved the issue. Very good communication. Very good listener. Practical problem solver ... and he even streamlined the paperwork at the end of the process to allow me to leave earlier. I was very impressed with his efforts to find a solution. He worked with the service manager to resolve the issue. In the process probably costing the dealership extra expense, but it gained a lot of goodwill from me. I will always ask for Jose. I don't now what the right answer is for you, but if the service is always like the service I received from Jose I will always have to consider Manly as my service option even if it means driving past 2 other Honda dealerships. That says a lot after I more or less promised myself that I'm done with Manly after the of consideration and ownership of the situation by the first advisor I worked with. More

I'm a repeat customer. Buying a car is not a buy it and get out process. While I was waiting for my car to be ready, my salesman kept checking on me to make sure I was ok and didn't need anything. I must have heard over 10 times "we just want you to be happy". Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great selection of vehicles. Got top dollar for my trade-in, but my car was in perfect condition. I will be back in 5 or 7 years to buy my next car. More
Longest, most frustrating experince to buy a new car. The worst experience in buying a new car that we have ever had. We were referred to this dealership through the Costco auto program which we have used in the past with excellent satisfaction. Tom Larson should not have been representing Manly as a contact for this program. He wanted to make the sale but was not happy that the program cut into the commission he received. Very unprofessional. The salesman also contacted our insurance company, but gave them the VIN number for our trade-in vehicle instead of the new vehicle. Why would a person want to put full coverage on a fourteen year old car that they no longer owned? We were rushed through the final signing of the sales contract, with nothing being explained to us (our fault, I guess). We were also railroaded into purchasing an extended warranty on our contract, with very little explanation. This was corrected the next day by another finance officer, and our contract was voided and re-written. More
