And he was so sweet and concerned I could hardly be upset. My car eventually got finished at 2:00pm, when we had arrived on time and left the car for our appointment at 11:15 Am. Thank you to the awesome guys there, espically Greg Valentine and Bill Robertson : )) More

This family is hooked on Honda. Tony, Justin & Beejan took very good care of us when we went to lease our 2017 Pilot. To top it off the detail department did the added Zurich seal right then and there so we would not have to bring the car back. We will definitely go back here for our future Hondas. More

I needed my 2002 Honda Civic serviced. Jesse was great - he understood the various problems with the car and gave very good advice as we are not wanting to replace the vehicle at this time. When it was incapacitated due to structural damage that was readily dealt with and I had a loaner vehicle to use for the duration. Everyone was super polite but not obnoxiously so. I have always loved your service department and have missed going there - but when it came time to purchase a new vehicle I must admit I bought a Ford as buying American was important to me at the time. At this point with all that is happening in the world I see that you must get value for what you purchase. The Ford actually has been quite good so I got away with it at least so far!!! There is a need to move away from gas powered vehicles - I love the civic because it gets great gas mileage. I would like to purchase an electric vehicle in the future and my daughter has pointed me to the Ford Energie so I will be looking at that...Honda lost a bit of market share in recent years but your service department has always been stellar Whoever runs the place needs to get some KUDOS. PS I also put Bill Robertson down as I dealt with him many times in the past and he was also great every time. Thx More
