I worked with Dave Ashby, Service Adv I scheduled my 2001 Honda Accord for evaluation and any necessary work on Thursday, 8/3/17. I worked with Dave Ashby, Service Advisor, who has always provided knowledgeable, professional, and friendly advice. Since I may eventually give my car to my 18 year old grandson who continues his education and drives a vehicle with problems, Dave recommended the necessary repair work to maintain my car in good running condition beyond its 151,582 miles. The Maintenance Department performed excellent work in replacing engine oil & filter and doing a multi=point inspection. I will return to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors. Their shuttle service was "door to door", very convenient as I waited. My car was returned fully serviced and in excellent condition. Great car purchase experience, but I was with my son, Jaime Moldowan, and we first said "Hello" to Julie Costa who is a friend of his fiancee Kathryn Godfrey. Julie was very helpful and open about the way Manly does business and was very helpful describing our options. She then hooked us up with Wayland Whistler.who did an excellent job showing us the inventory and helping us focus on the car that best fit our needs for a model and price considerations. There was a test drive that also went very well. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and at the same time frank about our options and how we could finance the purchase. Beejan Roohian was extremely helpful during the latter process. The issue we encountered was during the evaluation of our "trade-in" vehicle. Wayland took it for a test drive and we did not see it again for a while, since he left it with the "appraiser" after that. Then it was brought up to the front lot and left there for some time while the purchase was finalized. It was between the time of arriving at Manly to make the purchase and leaving with the new (used) car that my cell phone (Iphone) disappeared. Somewhere along the line it was taken from my trade-in car as it sat for several hours while the transactions were taking place. When I tried to call the cell phone number the phone had been turned off, another indication that it had been stolen during that time when the car was not in my possession. More
