No Pressure sales and a very enjoyable buying experience! We did our research for our new vehicle. We checked the Honda web site and found exactly what we wanted. We worked with Christopher Tara-Brown for our purchase. We emailed Christopher and he emailed right back with our special internet price. No haggling on the price needed! We set up our appointment on July 4th and felt very comfortable with Christopher. He guided us through our purchasing decisions so we would get exactly what we wanted. Our vehicle was shipped to Manly and we could not be happier with our purchase. Our new CR-V Touring is just beautiful. Christopher took the time to go through all of the features before we took delivery. He even helped us sync our phones to our new CR-V Touring! Christopher took the time to return our emails when we had questions or wanted updates. Great service! We also worked with Michael P. Warren to wrap up all of the details with our trade, licensing and warranty. Micheal took the time to explain everything. He wanted to make sure that we purchased what we needed not just what they were selling. A customized plan. We again felt very comfortable with his guidance. We are very pleased with Michael's help! He has told us to call him personally if we have any questions or issues. He is the business manager and takes care of Business! I stopped by to see where are our CR-V Touring was in it's journey to Santa Rosa, CA. Our vehicle had in fact arrived and he got the wheels rolling to get it ready for delivery. We appreciated his help! Paul Constancio is the Detail Supervisor. Our New CR-V Touring was professionally detailed and treated with Zurich Shield to protect all of the paint and interior areas. He was knowledgeable about the cars in the lot and about their performance. Once he knew that I wanted to purchase one of the cars, he did everything he could to make the experience a truly positive one. Once the purchase was complete, he even programed the car to link with my phone so that I could understand how to use the Bluetooth and I happily listened to my favorite music on the way home.
