Friendly, Understanding Staff I came into Manly Honda with the intentions to purchase the Honda Pilot, and having a less than ideal experience at Marin Honda. Vince was especially understanding about my need to carefully compare different purchase/finance/lease options - he was patient as my Husband and I struggled our way through present value calculations and helped whenever needed. Les was great with answering our list of questions during the formal contract portion and kept a calm demeanor which helped during such a big purchase. Later we worked with Gio who stayed late to go through the fine feature of the vehicle - and I left the dealership feeling supported and excited! Love Manly Honda! More

Haggling I was preapproved with Capital One auto loan and had my paperwork in hand to purchase a car. I had already been online trying to see what best suited my needs and what I could afford. I walked into Manly to test drive the vehicle and to see if I really wanted it. I dealt with Efrain Aguado who was very helpful and took me on the test drive. When it came time to actually start signing the paperwork I then started dealing with Steve McKerracher. This is where my experience went from good to bad. The haggling started because they wanted to add more options to my loan. I did want the GAP coverage which I said from the get go but having all the other options like vehicle service contract, key repair, and other protection options. I understand that this is how dealerships make extra money but I am not when to be haggled with I don't care for it, this is why I went a got preapproved. More

Tom helped by presenting and thinking through issues and decisions, especially regarding extended service contracts, with which I was not familiar. Over the phone, he even got a better deal on loan interest with Redwood Credit Union. My 2004 Honda CRV carried me over 300,000 miles without expensive maintenance. Unfortunately, I was hit from behind by a truck, which "totaled" the car. No injuries to either driver, fortunately. I would have kept my 2004 for as long as practically possible. However, it was an easy choice to buy another Honda CRV. Thanks to all of you! More

For my most recent lease, which is a new 2017 CRV EXL, I reached out to three dealerships in the Bay Area hoping to go with one that was closer to home for convenience sake, but Manly and Chris Foy were hard to beat for both price and ease. In fact, I worked out all the details with Chris via email/text while on vacation in Hawaii and had the car delivered to my house the morning I arrived back home. I didn't have to step in the dealership and I got exactly what I wanted without any hassle. Thank you Manly and Chris Foy. More
