Made an appointment online for a convenient time, said I'd wait for it, and they were done within an hour. Nice, polite staff, clean and well-appointed waiting area. Not a bad experience!! More

They took time to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed, and they did so in a such a way that made me feel like I mattered as a customer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with them nor my brand new car. A big thank you to them for being awesome. I will absolutely refer them. If I *had* to pick one thing out to complain about, it'd be that the crew moving the cars around could be a little more careful. I saw someone open the door of a brand new car pretty carelessly and hit another car. I get that the cars get inspected and stuff gets pulled and buffed out, but it'd be nice to know that someone didn't damage something that is about to be purchased. More

Long story short, I made a deal over the phone. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Honda Accord Sport. I'm extremely satisfied with the car and the customer service I received from Manly Honda. Amazing experience buying a new car My wife recently had to buy a new car due to her current car experiencing a catastrophic engine failure (that rendered the vehicle a total loss). S My wife recently had to buy a new car due to her current car experiencing a catastrophic engine failure (that rendered the vehicle a total loss). She had her heart set on a 2016 Honda CR-V. We were not able to get that vehicle financed, so Max came back with another option. It was a 2017 Honda Accord! At a lower price! Needless to say, we agreed to buy the car. Then we moved to Dave's office to discuss the terms of the loan. With a lot of hard work, and some clever ideas, Dave lowered our interest rate from 8.9 to 1.9! Awesome! Both Max and Dave demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the ins and outs of financing a new car, and we reaped the benefits of their expertise. Thanks for a great experience. We'll be lifelong Manly customers! More

great service I came to this dealership to trade in my Acura RDX to lease the new Honda civic hatchback. As usual the process is always long which is expected. It was great customer service they acknowledged that it was a busy Sunday but told me when I would be up next. I appreciated the updates of time and being patient with me as well. I loved the guys I talked to from the moment I walked in to ending in Finance. The only reason it wasn't a five star because the trade-in value wasn't as high as I thought it would be. That same day I sold my RDX to another dealership for 2k more, so it was possible to get it higher, but I get it, dealerships need to make their money. Besides that, I loved my experience and everyone I met. More

New 2017 Honda Accord So my story is unique. My family had actually went out to Cory and bought a car for me. Sweetest thing ever that a mom can ever do for his son. The on So my story is unique. My family had actually went out to Cory and bought a car for me. Sweetest thing ever that a mom can ever do for his son. The only problem was that I didn't like the car :( After my family and I celebrated and they had gone home. I immediately called Cory and let him know that I was not a fan of the car. It didn't feel like me, and I just didn't want to make my family feel bad. He scheduled me in for an appt. later that evening to come in. When I went in Cory was there to greet me, he had an awesome attitude and had already precalculated what kind of car I could get and also the difference. I checked out the lot, found an awesome White accord w/black leather interior, nice rims, nice body kit, and I knew that , that was the car I wanted. After a bit of negotiating Cory went to his manager and finally got what I wanted to pay approved. Again had an awesome attitude, he wanted to help me out, and he had excellent salesmanship to close the deal. The overall experience was exciting, customer service was great, the fact that he let me switch cars after we had closed a deal, AND I got A HECK OF A DEAL on the car I wanted, speaks volumes of how he went the extra MILES, yes not mile, but MILES. I would recommend Cory and Manly Honda to anyone. The managers are cool. And the finance manager is super chill. Thanks a lot Manly Honda team! More
