Superior customer service One of the best experience I've had at a dealership from beginning to end. I took my Dodge ram for a squeaking noise when turning. I called Sean Lumibao who sold me the truck 3 yrs old. He remembered the truck right away and took the time out of his day to look up to see if it was still under warranty then connect me right people. He when called after my truck was complete to make sure my needs were meet. Santiago was my service rep, who went above and beyond by updating me daily with phone calls, working around my sleep schedule due to working the night shift. Even set up a drive with the mechanic Howard to make sure we heard the same noise. Howard was extremely knowledge about trucks. After discussing his plan of action I felt relief know my truck was in good hands. Thank you guys for handling a stressful truck issue in a fast and timely manner. I will definitely continue to do business with this team. More

The second time I went to was on 6/16/2017 and this was a tire replacement on also for the Ridgeline. The service agent was Bill Petty, another one of Manly's Best service advisor. These two guys Bill Petty and David Ashby that I highly recommend to go to. More
