First visit: inspected (no leak found), adjusted pressures, established baseline. Second visit: determined 1 tire had an issue, tested in water and found problem after 20 minutes, ordered part. Third visit: installed part. CSR contacted dealer where purchased 2x during this process and worked the warranties. Great teamwork between CSR and Tech! Comfy waiting area, ride service to nearby retail area, they vacuumed the car - very positive experience despite the 3 visits required to get the job done. Compliments on the great service. More

Santiago Pizano noted all the squawk items I listed--some minor, some of more concern, and then went to work. Within two hours received a phone call from him about everything the mechanics had found. I agreed to his recommendations and Santiago put things in motion. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed as to the progress of the maintenance and repairs, emailing updates as required. I even added a couple of things at the last minute and still received the car on date and time agreed upon. Just excellent start to finish. Good for another 100K+. Highly recommend Manly Honda service. More
