He directed me to the lounge where there were cookies, warm from the oven, and a hot drink machine with multiple choices. I felt much more like a guest than a customer. When I got my car back, it had been vacuumed and the dash had been dusted. What a nice surprise. The whole experience was professional and upscale. More

Manly promised to fix the damages which were minor. Ok , no big deal. Then 3weeks in the door handle breaks, again manly is quick to repair at no cost to me. Now 39 day after purchase car is dying at stop signs and all together scary to drive. I take it in and they assure me it's fine, but upon reading the paper work I see they recommend taking it to Nissan for possible CVT transmission issue. When calling in to my sales rep. he informed me that there's not much they will do aside from buying car back for thousands less than what I paid in full. I went to Manly because of their name, because I needed something reliable and I thought that they were the most reputable, BIG mistake. I should have stuck with Craigslist and saved myself thousands of dollars More

I no longer have to have passengers sit in the back seat! I had to change the appointment and that was also simple to do online. The waiting area in Manly's new facility is very appealing and pleasant. I appreciate them having a ride for me since I live in Sebastopol. The communication regarding the driver was off and I ended up waiting in the pleasant waiting room for the duration of the service (about 2+ hours). I advise checking with the service person every 10 mins or so to be sure you capture your ride. Since this service was on Honda, I have no complaints about cost and I didn't mind reading for the duration in this pleasant environment. More
