I went in for my 6 month oil change.My sun visor broke the week prior so I needed to get that fixed as well.Santiago called me the morning of my appoi I went in for my 6 month oil change.My sun visor broke the week prior so I needed to get that fixed as well.Santiago called me the morning of my appointment and went over everything with me.Never having been to the service department before I had many questions.He answered all of them and after hanging up I felt resssured going in(my biggest concern being the broken visor).When I arrived he called my extended warranty holder and found my visor was covered!So cool!They had one in stock and switched it out that day.Thank you so much!I actually went in a month early because of the visor.Good thing I did because they also found a nail in my tire.I'm going back next week to get a new one.Thank you Santiago and technicians who worked on my car for all your help! I went to the Manly Honda service department and Service Advisor Bill Robertson offered to help. When he couldn't figure out how to replace the mirror, he went on line to get the instruction on how to do it. At no charge, Bill Robertson replaced the mirror for me. Bill represents someone who cares about you and your car even after you buy it. Bill may not have made money for Manly Honda that day, but he made one happy and loyal customer. More

I had an appointment, which I was early for, but wasn't even seen until 10 mins past. I understand things happen so I was ok. Then I was informed my basic service would be an hour to hour and a 1/2. It was just an oil change! After watching my car be driven out & parked I still sat. After 15 mins of sitting, now running late for my next appointment, I had to ask to be checked out. Then upon getting home, I found my license plate frame that I had purchased had been replaced with a dealership frame without my permission! All around, ball dropped on service this time. More

Boring Wait I came in for a 1 hour oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early but the lineup of cars was already 15 cars deep! There was a small recall to be done as I came in for a 1 hour oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early but the lineup of cars was already 15 cars deep! There was a small recall to be done as well. So my wait increased to 2 hours. They never asked if I wanted to do the recall at a different time. They just assumed I would have an extra hour to do this. The waiting room was comfortable but there were no magazines for female clients. When my car was done and in the parking lot it took 20 minutes more to get the paperwork and finalize the bill! The long wait through off my whole day. Next time I will go to the drive thru oil change places. They are faster and cost less. More

Recall of passenger air bag visit I retuned to Manly Honda to replace the passenger air bag under a recall notice last week. The service adviser, Dave Ashby, was very attentive and pr I retuned to Manly Honda to replace the passenger air bag under a recall notice last week. The service adviser, Dave Ashby, was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The replacement was completed within two hours as promised. My only suggestion would be to provide better shuttle service as I had to wait over an hour and it took another 1/2 hour to get home - I only live 5 minutes away. Manly service department is super I have done business with Manly for many years and have always had good experiences with the service department. But Bill Petty is the best service ad I have done business with Manly for many years and have always had good experiences with the service department. But Bill Petty is the best service advisor I've ever dealt with. My service was taking longer than usual because we needed to add something to it and the service department was very busy on that Friday and Bill kept track of me kept me updated as he always does and it's greatly appreciated. I also dealt briefly with Sean in the sales department and found him to be extremely knowledgeable no pressure and really enjoyed getting information on the new CR-V from him. If I do get a new CR-V it will be from Sean. More
