Jeremy Taunton has helped me with my car purchases since then, and he is someone I trust completely. 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring----Test drive one. I started with that one and didn't even want to test drive any others....I am thrilled with this car. The "FANTASTIC" car I bought this past Friday (My last car was totaled in March) was another great buying experience with Jesse Broadway helping me all day until the end of the deal. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to explain all the bells and whistles. He was patient and thorough in all aspects of the car sale. Les Moser was the personable finance guy who also gave me some great deals on the extras. At that point in the car buying process I was getting a little brain dead....so it's important to have a good finance guy. Les does not disappoint. I would like to give a shout out to Bill Petty----who has been my service guy for years and is THE BEST at what he does. The wait was pleasant with plenty of digital access and I appreciated the large, silent, captioned screen not assaulting my senses. As is the custom, I was offered a shuttle ride home, which I declined due the waiting atmosphere being conducive to conducting business from my laptop. The service clerk also "went the extra mile" to teach me how to reprogram the locks on my car. They had offered to do it for me, but I wanted to be able to do it myself. It is always a good experience doing business with Manly Honda. More

I know I'm getting honest, professional help which is done right every time and at a reasonable price. In all, my family drives four Honda products. You check in, you get assigned a repair or sales rep, you find out what it's going to cost, you pay, and you're back on the road. It all works smoothly, even if it resembles at times an assembly-line in practice. When I brought my 2009 Fit in for what seemed to be a minor repair, it turned out to need a major engine overhaul -- too expensive for the age and mileage (170K) on the car. The repair rep turned me over to the sales department, and Jesse and Sergio (two mellow, no-pressure reps) helped me find a newer Fit with fewer miles from Manly's own used-car lot. They came down some on the price, not budging on what they offered for my old car, which was hard for me to understand, given that I'd purchased the older Fit at Manly. Though their explanations for not being able to budge seemed pat and rehearsed, I finally conceded, and was then sent to the finance manager, who finalized the sale and sold me on a warranty package (6 years/125K miles), which added about $3K to the total, but would be worth it, he assured me, even if I needed only one major repair. I didn't feel pressured, exactly, but I didn't feel as though the car I was buying was as reliable as I like to think of a Honda as being. More
