And from step one, which was communicating online, he was easy and available to communicate with. I had a choice of another dealership in San Mateo but I picked Mark. I felt as if he had provided great customer service thru email.. (he always responded back fast!)that I would choose his dealership first. Once I arrived in Santa Rosa, Mark didn't let me down, customer service still there. He even put the car to the side for me.. wow excellent! I did not expect to spend as much time as I did there, being so my credit union pre-approved me with a decent APR. But Mark was able to get me an even lower APR, which in turn made the time well worth it. Mark keep me informed every step of the way thru the process as I and my sister waited and providing great customer service. I would definitely give Mark Fladseth 5 stars and MANLY you guys are lucky to have him. More

I love these guys, really. But… They're an hour away. (I live in the boonies.) A recall for airbags estimated to be about 45 minutes per bag took 6.5 hours. I set an appointment for 8:00 AM to be one of the first for service. (Remind me never to do that three days after "spring forward." I wasn't out of there until 2:30 or so. Now to be fair, I got a very nice loaner and they vacuumed and washed my car, but really, 6.5 hours? They've spiffed up their facility with two waiting rooms. One with TV, the other with computer desks and charging areas. Comfortable seats, too. And warm. Nice. In the morning, while waiting to be written up, I took a stroll to the showroom to see what was new. Not one of the sales people said hello or even looked up. I mean they keep sending me "you are qualified for an upgrade" propaganda but the sales people can't even say hello? The service guys, however, are great and very helpful. So I wish there was a maybe option rather than just a yes or no. More
