His broad knowledge of the many brands was very helpful in the selection process. He knew safety ratings and possible service concerns of most models. If he did not know the answer he said so and looked up the information. During the closing process of the purchase, Tom tried to get us the best deal possible. Les the Finance Manager was also very helpful and patient. He reviewed each option, answered all our questions and got a lower than expected interest rate.
