Got expected service, dissappointed in no little extras. Just before arriving birds overhead pooped all over my car, and Dave said they would wash car. He even put it in service order. He explained they don't wash cars anymore due to drought, but seeing my car covered as it was in fresh bird poop, he made an exception. However, no one got to it and drove off lot and straight to car wash. I know its not a big deal and I certainly would not blame David as he did his part, but I drive a bit further to come to your service center from Sonoma because you go the extra mile; doesn't quite seem that way anymore. But service on car was good otherwise. Thinking of just going closer to Petaluma again since don't need to go so far for basic attention. More

Great Customer Service I brought my car in on a Monday morning at 7:30 AM and it was finished by 4 PM Tuesday. They called me within an hour of dropping off the car to tell I brought my car in on a Monday morning at 7:30 AM and it was finished by 4 PM Tuesday. They called me within an hour of dropping off the car to tell me what was wrong with it and what needed to be fixed. Jose Rocha provided excellent customer service and I'm very happy to have had a great experience as I have not had great experiences through other car dealership service centers.
