I was so happy that you sent me this survey, I have been wanting to provide feedback. At this last visit, he very professional, he kept me in the loop on everything that was going on and even gave me some valuable information about selling my car or trading it in at Honda. I did want to take a moment to share a story that really meant a lot to me. This did not happen this last time I came in, but several months ago. I was a single mom with a new baby, working hard to make ends meet. When I brought my car in, I had accidentally left my wallet inside. I had just cashed my paycheck and I had all of the cash needed to pay my rent in my wallet. I was beside myself. I wasn't even sure where I had left my wallet. I called Bill and he went out and searched through my car. He found that it had been kicked back under my seat. He brought it in the office and kept it locked up until I could come and collect it. It meant so much to me that he was so honest. I have had so many things stolen out of my car when I have taken it in for service at other shops. It would have been so easy for him to say the wallet wasn't there and to have just pocketed all of the cash. His honesty and customer service meant so much to me. Because of Bill, I will continue to go to Manly Honda with any of my auto needs. Thank you, Bill! More

He was easy to work with and answered all my questions. I set up some time to come down and see the car and he was flexible and made me feel confident that this would be a good experience. After seeing cars at other dealerships, I was tired of the stressful shopping. Right away, Tony came and greeted us and was friendly. I had requested a battery for my key fob and I never did get the battery. When I picked up my car I found that it had not been washed or vacuumed out and that would've been a good thing to have had happened. Overall very satisfied. More

We had gone to their competitor in Petaluma and had to negotiate like crazy to get a price we wa Can't say enough about the service we got from Manly. We had gone to their competitor in Petaluma and had to negotiate like crazy to get a price we wanted on a car we weren't 100% in love with. Put a hold on an incoming car but never felt completely satisfied. On a whim I contacted Manly through the Costco Pricing program and came into contact with Tom Larson. He went above and beyond with his service and attention to detail to get us an even better deal on the EXACT car we wanted. It was a car that was in transit so he put an immediate hold on it for us and started getting all the paperwork filled in prior to our coming down to get the car so our time there wouldn't be wasted. Tom is friendly, personable and great at making what is normally a stressful transaction a more relaxed, enjoyable one. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the car and called after we took it home to make sure we knew that if there was anything we needed down the road to let him know. 100% recommend Tom as a sales consultant and Manly Honda as a place to shop for your next Honda. Nick, the service advisor was very helpful also. He listened to my request for specific air pressure in the tires and explained about rotating them and why it might be a good idea. My only issue was that it took 2 hours for my service. I fortunately brought a good book but it would have been helpful to know upfront how long it might take. I really appreciate the offer of a complimentary oil change - most timely!! More
