She gave me the "emergency walk-in" script. When I arrived Monday, I was immediately checked in and rapidly routed to Service Advisor Dave Ashby, who I've had the pleasure of working with before. He quickly drew up the paperwork, making sure that I got the partial warranty discount for the prematurely deceased battery. Less than two hours later, I was on my way-amazing! More
