Wait and wait It seems like every time I have to take my car in to Honda I am bounced around and waiting forever. Instead of doing rentals at their location you hav It seems like every time I have to take my car in to Honda I am bounced around and waiting forever. Instead of doing rentals at their location you have to go offsite to get a rental car for recalls. It seems disorganized and a waste of my time. Instead of taking half an hour to check in and get a car it took me almost an hour and a half to get it done. This isn't the first time I have has issues here, it just reminded me why I don't take my car there unless I absolutely have to. More

When it was under warranty, they said it couldn't be fixed, it's just the way the cars a made. Now they say it costs $200. to fix. I think it is a safety issue, but I've learned to be careful and just live with it. This does effect my opinion of Honda and does influence my decision on what to eventually replace it with. More

quick and easy Showed up for my appointment a few minutes early, gave my name to the woman at the customer care desk (didn't catch her name) she was very polite and Showed up for my appointment a few minutes early, gave my name to the woman at the customer care desk (didn't catch her name) she was very polite and asked me to have a seat int he waiting area until my name was called. Ted (i'm pretty sure that was his name) came to get me pretty soon after and got everything in order. I had a 9 am appointment and was told my car would be ready at about 1030 or 1045, to my surprise the car was ready at 1010 am and i was out of there by 1015.
