He and partner Ray were extremely knowledgeable and efficient with helping me to find the right car, the best financing and made sure that I had a car to drive home while my new SUV was serviced. These two men were simply the most dedicated and courteous sales staff that I could have asked to help with buying a vehicle. I plan to rely on Manly Honda for all my family's car needs in the future. Manly has the best sales staff in Sonoma County. Both Ray and Mike spent time working with me to ensure that I was able to get the SUV that I wanted with the best financing terms offered. I will return to Manly because I know that I am sure to get professional assistance with servicing my SUV and with the purchase of any vehicle that I choose. Great Service Advisor I had an error come up on my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite come up day 3 of owning it, 253 original miles. I pulled up to the service department and Hirmin t I had an error come up on my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite come up day 3 of owning it, 253 original miles. I pulled up to the service department and Hirmin took great care of me. He understood my frustration on the purchase of a $47,000 car 3 days earlier and already with an error code. He put me in a loaner and told me that he would do everything in his power to make sure my car was fixed the next day. I reached out to Sean via text message and he responded quickly and was at the service department to help understand wast the issue was, and he too made me feel at ease and said to not worry, they would get things worked out and fixed. My car was ready the next day and I was back on the road. Hirmin and Sean stepped up and took care of me. Very professianl and I even was able to me the technician that worked on my car, I believe his name was Thomas, he told me everything he had done and that I should be good to go. Thanks again guys. Super nice person, and I appreciated that it was a straightforward, low-stress transaction that netted me the car I wanted at a price I can manage. I care about the reliability of my vehicle but not so much spending a lot of time or energy procuring that vehicle! I think Neil could tell. :) Buying a car is a lengthy experience, but Neil shepherded the process, always keeping things moving and keeping me updated, even finding a way to reduce the amount of time waiting to see the finance person. I'd been thinking about this car for a year before buying, dreading visiting the dealership, but Neil made it painless. More

I also appreciated that Thomas had the car detailed as it had about 180 miles of use from test drives. I did feel a bit pressured to buy the Zurich Shield policy by the finance manager, Dave Sambad. I had been there for about five hours by then and was worried about all the potential problems I could have with the vehicle and I was too quick to sign. Still, it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer. More
