While there are many Honda service places within convenient distance around here (I even told my wife about this shop that got 5 Stars Review on Yelp), however, the lady would always make the long drive to Manly, Santa Rosa just to have Bill Robertson take care of our cars. Bill's honest advice, good pricing (with additional discount to loyal customer) and great attention to details really won us over. What else? It has been 10 years that we've entrusted our Odyssey and Pilot in Bill's care! More

A family friend put me in touch with Manly Honda and I'm so glad they did. I felt so taken care of by the employees that by the end, I drove off feeling like a queen! Seriously. It is obvious that they pride themselves on customer service and while we were talking business, we also got to throw in some laughs as well. Can't thank them enough! Quick and Painless I wasnt really ready to be in the market for a new car but my existing car decided it was time for retirement. My husband and I had decided to stick I wasnt really ready to be in the market for a new car but my existing car decided it was time for retirement. My husband and I had decided to stick with either Honda or Toyota because of their outstanding reputation. My family and I went to Honda first to look around where we met Justin. We all liked him right away. Great guy, not a pushy salesman, great personality, and very funny. There was lots of laughs and humor during our test drives. Checked out Toyota next. Loved the Toyota as much as I loved the Honda but when it came down to it I loved Justin far more than the Toyota salesman, and if I had to give my money to someone I wanted it to be him. The negotiating was fairly painless. I gave them a number I was comfortable with and a quote from another dealer and told them to beat it, which they did. Justin and I did almost everything via phone so I didnt have to go out of my way, and by the time I was ready to sign the deal it really didnt take that long. Justin was bomb! If you are looking for a car I highly recommend you go see him. I have already given his name out to a couple of people that may be in the market. Good customer service goes a long way. Keep it up and you'll always be busy. Thanks again Justin, you're the man!! More
