I was greeted right away, and met with the most wonderful sale From the minute I walked in I felt important. Everyone was was so friendly and helpful. I was greeted right away, and met with the most wonderful sales consultant, Tom Haidet. He has the experience and knowledge that sold me right away. I love that there was no pressure. Tom went over all my options, and guided me into the perfect new car. I was looking for a slightly larger SUV type because I watch my granddaughter and soon to be grandson will be added to the mix. My previous car did not fit the car seat very well, and I was also unhappy with it in general (not a Honda). My husband and sister both drive Honda models and I am always hearing how safe and reliable they are. I left Manly Honda with a beautiful white CRV, and couldn't be happier. Tom Haidet took such good care of me, and completed my afternoon in record time. The finance department rep, Darin Jackson, was also extremely knowledgeable. He guided me through all the necessary information to ensure my success while driving my new car. I will be referring Manly Honda and Tom Haidet to all my friends, and am looking forward to more Honda models in my future. They were straight-forward and gave me all the information I needed in order to feel comfortable signing my lease. Jesse walked me out to my new car, took the time to show me how every function worked, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to ask how it was going with the new car and offered his help if I had any questions. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Manly Honda. Exceptional Customer Service!! Two names: Jess and Santiago. They are as good as it gets! Jess is by far the best service adviser I have ever worked with. I have had cars at Two names: Jess and Santiago. They are as good as it gets! Jess is by far the best service adviser I have ever worked with. I have had cars at 6 different dealerships in 3 different states as well as 3 or 4 independent mechanics and Jess tops them all. He is easy to talk with, honest, straightforward and works with you in a way that is humble--not trying to assert his position of power as the one with the information about the issues with your car. You feel empowered working with Jess instead of feeling at his mercy. Santiago (shuttle driver) just has great people skills and is enjoyable to talk with and is a good driver (a nice touch for being a shuttle driver). He is in a key role in the whole operation since he has so much time in person with customers and he represents your dealership really, really well. We currently have a Honda and a Toyota. Working with these guys and your dealership in general it will seriously make me consider getting another Honda when time to replace the Toyota simply because of the experience in the service department.
