At Honda, I know I'm getting the best. I'm dealing with professionals that are educated on all of the details of my car and I leave feeling happy and confident about the work that was done!😄 Plus, I love all of the friendly staff( Irving, Katrina, Bill, and GREAT to have Ted back) and how welcome and comfortable they make me and my three and half year old feel while there. They go above and beyond, not sometimes, ALL THE TIME. I would never take my pilot any where else. Why would I when I can get everything I want and more at the Honda Dealership. She answered all my questions and if she needed a second opinion went right to the head sales manager.I didn't have the time to finish the deal that day, instead I paid and then had the car delivered to my address in San Francisco in less than a week's time. More

Only thing which could use improving is the Finance Dept. Took a very long period of time to transact a "cash" purchase. However, not sure if that was due to "Lawyer/Liability" requirements or what. In the future, if a client is paying "cash", see if they want to come in with a cashier's check to avoid all the credit checks. More

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our wants and needs in a vehicle, and our time( a 2 year old at home doesn't leave a lot of extra time to fuss around) We were able to get an awesome car for a great deal and he didn't give us the run around like I feel most car salesmen do.
