We had let the dealership know that we wanted to see the new Ridgeline when it came out, and we were noticed a week ago that it was available. We visited the dealership to check it out, even though we we are not ready to part with our 2013 model. We were assisted by Tony Tawasha, and asked him what was available in a 2013 or 2014 CR-V, as we were thinking about replacing the 1999 CR-V that we tow behind our motorhome. He brought several out for us to check and we selected a 2014 to buy. He was most accommodating and easy to deal with in all aspects of the sale. Our finance guy was Hassan Gadiri, who handled the purchase very well, explaining each step clearly to us. He was a pleasure to deal with. Since we had not planned to buy a car that day, our trade in was at home. I drove it to the dealership the next morning and took the service shuttle home. While waiting for the shuttle, Mandi Sumner made sure that I had fresh coffee and a snack. She is a real asset to your service department. Overall it was a great experience. More

Sign in was quick, shown to the waiting area, called to the service desk for paper work less than 10 minutes later. Car would be ready in approximately 1 1/2 hours. I ended up turning in the vehicle (end of lease) for a 2016 CR-V Touring. Delighted! More

I worked with Mark, who was straightforward and patient, though he knew almost nothing about the car he sold me. I like that Manly has prices posted on the vehicles and online, and I felt that Mark was honest and fair in negotiating a selling price for the vehicle. HOWEVER, the car was dirty inside when we drove it. I asked when we first sat in it, if they would detail it if I purchased it. Mark said, "Yes, of course. Just point out where you see something you need cleaned." Nothing needed pointing out to any aware observer. There were spills inside each rear door, food crumbs (and even a whole soybean) in the console and on the floor, a spill on the emergency brake and on the floor behind the passenger front seat. There were crumbs and food particles on the rear seats, and the back mat for the hatchback was filthy. I asked FIVE more times about detailing. After the test drive, when bringing a friend down to check out the vehicle, when leaving to have a coffee break to do some thinking, when I came back to finalize the purchase (all on the same day), and I was told it would be done while I went through the LONG financing wait. When I finally got my vehicle after 90 minutes at the finance department, it was almost 8pm and my car was STILL dirty. Mark told me he couldn't see where it was dirty, and then told me that "They can't get EVERYTHING off." I proceeded to show him how I could wipe some of the mess off with my finger and that the soybean (and other crumbs) were still there. He then told me I could bring it back if I wanted to leave it for a couple of hours, but he still couldn't promise it would be "perfect" because the folks working in the shop don't speak English and he doesn't speak Spanish. I am not looking for perfection. Just a clean car. This one wasn't even vacuumed. I have not returned to spend another two hours waiting, because I live 45 minutes away and don't just have 3.5 hours to give up for them to do what they should have done in the first place. More

I purchased my Honda Accord from Manly Honda in 2012, and recently had a new battery put in by AAA. After the new battery was installed, my Navigation system and radio required special codes in order to work. As I did not have this information on any purchase paperwork or manual, I contacted Many Honda Parts Department, and was helped by Patrick. He was able to walk me through the process of what information I needed to provide (serial number, not VIN number) and how to find it, since it was not where the manufacturer originally placed it, as is often the case when the car is bought used (like mine). His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and with the information, he was able to provide me with the codes I needed over the phone, which is greatly appreciated since my work schedule wouldn't allow me to swing by the dealership until the following week. Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful!! I would highly recommend their services!! More

I appreciated the low key sales approach of Thomas, he was happy to sell me a car when i was ready and didn't push me. I feel like we agreed quickly on a price that I was comfortable with and was happy with the process. The visit to the finance dept was also low pressure and we moved through everything quickly. I'm very happy with my new car and my experience with Manly. More
