Dave and the rest of the staff are customer focused, frankly discuss what's happening with the car and are totally honest. Went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Dave also replaced a couple of running lights himself since he knew I was late for an appointment. Great work Dave! Always fun to talk with Bill Richardson too. More

From the initial phone conversation to the moment we drove away in our new Honda CRV, we were given great service, helpful advice, and even notable kindness to our 4-year old kiddo who came along. Tom helped us narrow down our preferences and then compare various options, including HRVs and used CRVs. Once we decided on the model, he went with us on a test drive (in what ended up being our new car!), and he helped us notice key features of the car and patiently answered all our questions. We felt like we were able to get a good deal on the car, and then we could still afford some coverage, which is helpful in the long run. What I liked most about working with Tom was how thorough and patient he was to help us understand our new car and to make us feel comfortable with each decision. I also want to mention the facility--There is a kids area that has books, toys, and 2 ipads, so it helped us immensely to have a place for our child to play while we handled all the paperwork. Tom was helpful in bringing over the papers that I needed to sign while I watched my kiddo, and to top it off, he was really engaging with her, making the whole experience one of learning and enjoyment for her, and a car purchase success for us! Always good service. Car problem away from Santa Rosa. Was offered the car care towing, but we did get the car started on our own. We were given an emergency appointment Car problem away from Santa Rosa. Was offered the car care towing, but we did get the car started on our own. We were given an emergency appointment at the very end of the service day which was the soonest we could arrive. A new battery was put into the car and an extra discount given for our inconvenience as the battery had tested good just the day before. so, what could have been a really bad experience was turned into a good one. Once again, Bill Robertson did an outstanding job for us. More

Excellent Service by Jess Prestidge, Service Advisor I want to commend and thank Jess Prestidge for his commitment to excellent customer service practices and for his perseverance in resolving an issue t I want to commend and thank Jess Prestidge for his commitment to excellent customer service practices and for his perseverance in resolving an issue that came up in a routine service appointment in March 2016. I was shocked and surprised when he called me on June 17, 2016, to tell me that he was able to get a replacement for my license plate holders that had mistakenly been taken off my car and disposed of by the tech in March. The holders were of sentimental value to me, and I was completely amazed that Jess remembered and went the "extra mile" and then some to find a replacement several months later. Thanks to Manly for having such an outstanding person in your organization! Thank you so much, Jess! More
