Worse auto service ever. Oh want me to rate your business after getting an oil change but got more than I needed?? Oh sure, after getting that oil change I also got my drivers Oh want me to rate your business after getting an oil change but got more than I needed?? Oh sure, after getting that oil change I also got my drivers door messed up, got a bent on the front fender,and a dent on the door. I went back and see how this happened and how to fix it but what I got was a, "willing to let me see the surveliiance camera" [said the so called auto service advisor Santiago] and then all of a sudden I couldnt anymore [decision made by one of the manager there that did not introduce himself and had no customer experience with his hands curled up looking like he's ready to punch someone] and most importantly No Apology or whatsoever from NO ONE TILL MY BOYFRIEND HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK TO TELL your service adviosr Santiago to apologize to me? Yeah right. No thanks. Never coming back here anymore again. So all in all, my experience at Manly Auto Service was the worse I've ever had in my life. Thanks but, No thanks. More

Lauren is a Rock Star! My wife and I came in, to purchase a minivan. We were stressed out before we even arrived. We both hate hard sells and pushy salespeople. We knew what we were interested in and what we weren't. Lauren Knowles met us inside and immediately put us at ease. She asked questions and listened to our answers. She helped us to pinpoint exactly what was in our price range, as well as our interest group. She showed u only the vehicles that we were interested in, and didn't waste our time with dozens of options that were not within our identified parameters. She answered all our questions and helped us to finalize our choice. We drove off the lot in our new (to us) Sienna. Our only complaint was the time that we had to wait, to see the financial specialist. Lauren repeatedly checked in with us, while we waited, and kept us informed. The wait had nothing to do with her efficiency. She was awesome and we can't recommend her, enough. More
